Malgorzata “Wiki” Wiklinska manages ZF Group’s global digital ecosystem that includes innovation hubs in Silicon Valley, Israel and Berlin. She also serves as an Advisor to the CEO.

She joined ZF Global from BMW, where she worked in product development and intelligent mechanical systems.

Wiklinska has degrees in mechanical engineering and computer science.
