For nearly 25 years, Pablo Restrepo has worked as an international consultant and professor of business strategy, innovation and negotiation in both the private and public sectors. He is co-founder—with fellow KINian Stephanie Wolcott—of Aluna Catalyst, a boutique consulting firm based in Bogotá, Colombia. He has trained hundreds of negotiators and consulted for dozens of corporations and organizations throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
Restrepo is on a mission to take the fear out of negotiation and developed the Negotiation Canvas with Wolcott as a tool designed to help everyone negotiate better.
Restrepo has taught at universities around the world, including McGill University, Kyoto University, Northwestern University, and Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá.
He has also worked for the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (ICCCR) at Columbia University as an instructor for their program with the United Nations.
Restrepo holds an EMBA from Kellogg School of Management, an MBA from Universidad de los Andes, and a BS from Columbia University.
He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
