Kent Grayson has been a professor at the Kellogg School of Management since 2002 and was a professor at the London Business School for eight years prior to that.
Grayson has been researching marketplace trust for over 20 years, and he is the faculty coordinator of The Trust Project at Northwestern, a digital platform designed to provide different perspectives on trust and on how business leaders can overcome trust challenges. He teaches marketing management to MBA and executive audiences and, before earning his PhD in marketing, he worked for advertising agencies in New York and Boston. |
