Scott Bowman is a partner with Clareo Partners, a Chicago-based consulting firm dedicated to helping companies grow through developing core business as well as expanding into adjacent and new businesses. Clareo has helped drive growth with firms such as BP, Castrol, GE, AT&T, Amway, Exelon, Raytheon, Rio Tinto, ITW and SCA, among others.
Bowman has built several businesses and advised companies across a range of industries. He also co-leads Clareo’s Corporate Entrepreneurship & Venturing practice, which focuses on driving innovation, growth and new business creation, both within the company and through partnering and investing in startups. He has also served as an executive coach for the Executive Education program at Northwestern and is a guest lecturer in innovation at Notre Dame's Mendoza School of Management. Bowman is a founding member and first Executive Director of Partners in Compassionate Care (PCC), which built and maintains a surgical hospital in South Sudan that has helped more than 100,000 people, performed more than 4,000 surgeries, delivered clean water and sanitation solutions and much more. He has also been active in micro-enterprise training and business coaching in South Sudan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. He holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. |
